What Do I Need to Use SKU IQ?

This article describes what accounts and hardware you need to use SKU IQ.

Accounts

  • Active Clover Account
  • Active Shopify Account
    or another supported eCommerce platform: Wix or WooCommerce
  • Active SKU IQ Account (you'll sign up for that using the information in this article)
  • Active Email Address - you can use any email provider you wish. Make sure to whitelist @skuiq.com for best results!

💡 Note: If you are using Shopify+ you will need to have the login information for the Superadmin account!

Hardware & Software

  • A Clover Terminal - preferably one of Clover's Retail POS solutions
  • A Web Browser - you can use any you wish for this.
  • A Personal Computer - Mac or Windows-based are fine! We do not directly support Linux-based machines

💡 Note: Please do not use a smart phone or tablet to access SKU IQ as the app has not been optimized to run on these devices, so we cannot guarantee the best performance.
