This article describes what accounts and hardware you need to use SKU IQ.
Accounts
- Active Clover Account
- Active Shopify Account
or another supported eCommerce platform: Wix or WooCommerce - Active SKU IQ Account (you'll sign up for that using the information in this article)
- Active Email Address - you can use any email provider you wish. Make sure to whitelist @skuiq.com for best results!
💡 Note: If you are using Shopify+ you will need to have the login information for the Superadmin account!
Hardware & Software
- A Clover Terminal - preferably one of Clover's Retail POS solutions
- A Web Browser - you can use any you wish for this.
- A Personal Computer - Mac or Windows-based are fine! We do not directly support Linux-based machines
💡 Note: Please do not use a smart phone or tablet to access SKU IQ as the app has not been optimized to run on these devices, so we cannot guarantee the best performance.
